1. My freezer door arrived 1/4 inch out of level with refrigerator door, 2. lower Ice maker must leak because all the ice melts together and 3. there is no lighting of water, cubed or crushed words on the door panel You have to shine an overhead light on door to be sure you press correct request.

The refrigerator is great! I love the space and look. However, concerning the lower ice bin. Its capacity is great, but the bar that shuts off ice production when the bin is full doesn't trip, so when you open the drawer and go to get ice, the wire shut off bar pushes ice down the back of the drawer and out onto the kitchen floor. As a result of this problem, we have to push the shut off bar up manually to stop ice production when the bin is full and pull it down when we want it to make more ice. This should not have to be done this way! Bad design flaw for sure.

We purchased two, one in October 2021 and another one for our condo in August 2021. Both need repair . The ice maker on one and the freezer one the other.. The water dispenser in both is not cold . I would not recommend this brand .::

Bought this fridge on 9/1/21 and am currently waiting on parts for a 2nd warranty claim. First warranty issue flooded my kitchen due to an ice maker issue. This is is freezing everything in the fridge portion. We keep having to toss milk, juice, salad, you name it because it keeps freezing. Customer service has not been good with average wait times of over an hour to even try and talk to someone. Avoid Frigidaire appliances

For a counter depth fridge it has room for everything and then some. There is ample space in the doors and room to stand up wine bottles on a shelf. The 2nd ice maker in the freezer is removable if you want more space. You just turn it off and take out the tray, then if you need it for a party you can put it back in and start it up.

Wanted a Dual ice maker. The brand new gallery delivered was bad from the start. Burning up in the back and the ice maker in the freezer never worked. Was disappointed in the hassle I had to go through as this was a Christmas present for my parents. Ended up having to purchase a 2nd refrigerator and still waiting for the refund for this one. I went with another brand because of the bad taste this situation put in my mouth. The team that picked up said it was definitely a bad sensor and most likely a bad condenser. If everything worked perfectly the only comment I would have made is it did not have a water chiller for the water line so the water comes out warm from the external dispenser, should definitely add a chiller.

I bought this refrigerator because of the dual ice makers. The ice maker in the freezer broke down about six months after I got the refigerator. As a result of the problem with the bottom ice maker, I had to turn them both off. Frigidaire was called and a service call was scheduled. Parts have been ordered. However, the repair can't be completed until a part that is on back order arrives. In the meantime, we have been without the use of our ice makers for over a month with no indication as to when the part will arrive. I would not recommend this refrigerator because of the problems with the ice maker.

Replaced our 17 year old Kenmoore Elite with this Frigidaire Gallery and it fit in well with my other stainless steel appliances. The large capacity makes it stick out of the space more but not too much. Controls are easy and intuitive. Bright and full interior lighting and transparent shelving makes it easy to find the small items in the back. Very quiet compressor motor and ice maker reduces background noise. Overall a good value but not cheap. Got it on sale!

I like everything about the fridge except one thing. In fact if I could have rated it 4.9 out of 5 I would have. I love the space and layout. I love the exterior. I like the dual ice makers. I feel like it is a wonderful machine. The only complaint (which is minor) is that the ice seems to overflow when you slide the bottom freezer out. It isn't bad, but a few pieces of ice always seems to be knocked out when opening due to the wire that is there to shut off the ice maker when the ice is full. Minor inconvenience. Otherwise I would purchase this again.

My wife and I bought one of these refrigerators a couple of years ago for our former house and when we sold it they wanted it to convey. So when we built our new house we got another one just like it and this is the one! We love the dual ice makers which is really handy and the refrigerator is really deep so there is plenty of room for everything you need and you can move the shelves around to change the heights. Love it!

This fridge is amazing! The vast amount of customization this fridge offers is outstanding. The shelves and bins can be arranged how best fits each family. The hinge shelf is great for those times you have something tall to store. Lots of bins in the doors make it a snap to find things and the can dispenser built in is super convenient. Love the slide out freezer drawers and having the extra ice bin is a lifesaver for families who use lots of ice(we do)!! The ice maker is also very fast to make ice. It nice that the display panel tells you when to change the water and air filters.

So far our fridge has worked flawlessly and exactly as it™™s suppose to. We love the second ice maker, as we fish a lot and it helps when making a small ice chest for a couple drinks and sandwiches. The freezer has lots of space as does the fridge half. Absolutely in love!

We recently switched from a side by side to the French door model. I can™™t believe what a difference it has made! We can now much more easily see everything in our fridge. I especially like the full-width deli drawer; with our previous fridge, meat would be at the bottom of the drawer and sort of ™get lost,™ and end up going bad before we ever remembered it was in there. But with this new drawer, we can see everything at a glance!And let™™s talk about the bottom freezer - wow! I love the double shelf arrangement. I™™m gluten free, so this freezer set-up easily allows me to have my own space in the freezer, and we still have tons of room left for everyone else!Love this fridge!
