Bought this on Amazon in 2023 I used it that summer then it was stored away because got central air. Pulled it out this summer and plugged in and it did nothing, would not turn on it was getting power because the plug was lit up and you hear a peep when plugging it in. I reached out to Frigidaire about the issue and they said they could not help over a year. I paid just about $500 for this and used it 3 months and now it™™s useless, I would not buy another one and would not recommend anyone to buy one because 3 months able to use for $500 is a rip off.

I got a new one and it didnt work out of the box. Did a warranty service and found out talking to customer service that could take up to 3-5 business days to get a new one and no emails or anything was sent, and when I asked about that™¦no one had any answers. So I gave a horrible review. Well on the 3rd day they sent an email saying it was on rush and will be delivered the next day. So™¦they made up for it and did very well. It was just the communication that wasn™™t very well. Like they didnt know how to properly respond to warranty for a customer.

We purchased our window unit a few weeks ago and we love it. It has several modes, including dry to reduce humidity and of course economy to reduce cost. I love that the digital display fades out because it makes sleeping so much easier for people like me that require absolute darkness. It™™s relatively quiet, but not really- it™™s a window unit. It has a remote and an app on the phone which I love! You can turn on or off or change modes while you are at work and come home to a perfectly chilled room.

I just received the 550 square feet 12,000 BTU building room, air conditioner, it had a multi speed fan on it. also came with the remote control that made it so convenient. It made the air so fresh because we deal with a lot of allergies. I am so glad that I have this unit. It makes a really difference in my room. I would recommend buying this unit to anyone and it™™s also easy to clean

Do NOT buy any Frigidaire Wifi products as they discontinue the Frigidaire app working with your product!!This has happened to me with WGRC1244T1 12,000 BTU model. It worked perfectly fine with the Frigidaire app last year. Then this year I tried connecting to it and the app returns:This model (FGRC1244T1) doesn't work with this app.error code: ECPA011Complete garbage. The air conditioner was purchase so it could be controlled remotely via wifi. Now 6 years after purchase it doesn't work. Absolutely no reason for support of this model to be discontinued by the Frigidaire app

I recently had to replace my old AC after discovering it was full of black mold and had basically given up™"blowing nothing but hot air. I ended up getting this new Frigidaire unit and I™™m so glad I did.One of the biggest game-changers for me has been the PureAir filter. I have pretty bad seasonal allergies, and this has honestly helped so much during peak allergy season. I noticed the difference almost immediately.It also cools my room super quickly, and there™™s no weird or musty smell when you first turn it on™"just clean, fresh air. The only downside is the noise level. It™™s definitely on the louder side, but it kind of works out because it sounds like white noise, which actually helps drown out my noisy neighbors and street sounds.Overall, it™™s been a major upgrade and totally worth it for my health and sanity.

We installed this unit in a bedroom. It is a very larger unit for a single bedroom, but it gets the room very cold with little effort. The box is large and heavy. Very easy to install. I wish it would have came with some insulation material to put on the sides where the expandable wings are to box out the outside light and heavy. But it works great and pumps out some very cold air even on low.Great Product!!!

Purchase of airconditioner was ordered from Walmart and delivered to the house. There was no visual damage to the box containing the airconditioner. At time of instullation we noticed that the cabinet top was smashed in over the top of the compressor/tubing and the cabinet side bulging outward. The air output at the vent measures ~30 degrees.
